Hearty Chili Macaroni
Children of all ages will enjoy this tasty combination of chili and pasta.

Instructions
  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside.
  2. Heat water in a large pot.
  3. Add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is soft, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell pepper and vegetarian ground beef substitute.
  5. Mix in tomatoes, beans and their liquid, corn and its liquid, chili powder, and cumin.
  6. Cover and simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta and check seasonings.
  8. Add more chili powder if a spicier dish is desired.
