Natural tea is the best way to detox your body

Although each of us has a different morning routine, almost everyone wants to start the day with a fragrant and delicious natural tea.

While some believe that they can`t wake up without coffee, some prefer cocoa or a tasty and natural tea. Tea is really a healthy option that will not only do good for your body and skin but will also give you the energy you need for the day.

Today we highlight three fantastic tea that are ideal for morning detoxification of the body and whose taste you will truly enjoy, in the first minutes of the day.

Natural tea #1

Cinnamon tea


This herb is the second most powerful antioxidant in the world. It helps in reducing weight and melts fat. Cinnamon is an excellent seasoning and a tasty addition to teas.

You need: green tea, one tablespoon of cinnamon, lemon juice, honey

Put some green tea in a boiled water. Add one tablespoon of cinnamon, honey and squeeze some lemon. Let it stand for 10 minutes. Drink it while is hot.

Natural tea #2

Ginger tea


This natural tea is an excellent choice if you feel sick and you have stomach problems, but also gives energy and revitalizes the body. It soothes pain, regulates blood sugar levels and is an excellent substitute for caffeine that you need in the morning.

You need: green tea, lemon juice, one teaspoon of ginger

It is the same procedure as the first natural tea recipe. Only we use ginger instead of cinnamon for this tea.

Natural tea #3

Turmeric tea


Perfect for shiny skin, it improves liver function and reduces any inflammation.

You need ½ tablespoons turmeric, 1 tablespoon ginger powder, 3/4 litter of water, two tablespoons of honey.

Boil the water. Add the turmeric, ginger powder and the honey. Stir and leave it to cool.You will get 3 cups of tea. Drink them 3 times a day. The first after you wake up, the second before lunch and the third before dinner.
