Morning energy drinks for healthy start of the day

In order to start the day refreshed and with energy to fulfill everyday activities, we offer few easy recipes for healthy, morning energy drinks. Healthy energy drinks

Morning Energy Juice


  • 1 cup of kale (4 to 5 chopped leaves)
  • 1 cup of seedless grapes
  • 1 cucumber peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple peeled and chopped
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 150 ml water

Put all the mentioned ingredients in a blender. Blend them with several stops and shake the mix, until you get a homogeneous mixture. You can reduce the density of the drink by adding more water, depending on your taste. You can refrigerate up to 3 days.

This green juice is great because improves your health. The combination of fresh fruit and vegetables creates sweet and fresh beverage the increases your energy. You will feel more refreshed and more energetic if you consume this drink regularly.

First-thing-in-the-morning Drink


  • 1 1/2 cups freshly chopped spinach
  • 4 mid-sized granny smith apples
  • 2 carrots
  • 100 g/ 3.5 oz. strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 mint leaf
  • 400 ml/ 13.5 oz. water

Blend all the ingredients together until you get a homogeneous mixture. If you want, you can reduce the density of the drink by adding more water.

The spinach has high nutritional value and it is a great source of vitamins (A, B2, C and K), iron, magnesium, and antioxidants. This helps you start and face the stress that everyday activities bring with ease. The strawberries and the carrots give a sweet taste to the drink and they neutralize the sour taste of the apples.
