The Famous Beyonce ’s Workout And Diet Plan Revealed By Her Own Personal Trainer

Lately everybody is talking about Beyonce and her performance at this year’s Grammy Awards. She looked amazing, especially in her second pregnancy, after announcing that she carries twins several weeks ago. Staying healthy and fit during pregnancy as well as afterwards is very important for Queen B.

After her first pregnancy with Blue Ivy, Beyonce got back in shape in no time. She has one of the most envied bodies in Hollywood. For last year’s Formation world tour, Beyonce enlisted the help of her personal trainer, Marco Borges.
The fitness guru, Marco Burges, has revealed the workout he has shaped for Beyonce and swears that if you perform the workout three times a week for six weeks, you will feel and look good as she does. It is especially relevant that this workout goes with a diet plan for losing weight in very short amount of time.

Soon the mother-of-three tones her entire body with a move called the kettlebell squat-and-press. The kettlebell squat and press involves holding a dumbbell by your chest and squatting so low that your elbows touch your knees. You then come back up, raise the dumbbell above your head and repeat.

To tone her legs, she swears by single-leg step-ups, and limbers up by stretching her entire body after her workout.

After the intense training, in order to boost her energy, Beyonce consumes a smoothie made with pea protein powder, almond milk, frozen fruit and spinach, which helps her muscles to recover.

She is also known for her Master Cleanse Diet, also known as the Lemonade Diet.
The lemonade diet is a cleansing diet and many nutritionists are against it. This diet lasts for 7 days and no meals in between, just the lemonade. It sure requires a hell of a courage to go through with it. But that’s what makes queen B who she is and why she is famous. Does whatever a star needs to do.

The Lemonade Recipe

  • 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice (not the pre-squeezed stuff, which contains preservatives),
  • 2 tablespoons of grade B maple syrup,
  • 1/10 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 10 ounces of pure water—for one single serving.
