 Face yoga

The face is made up of 58 muscles, but we use only eight of them, which are located on the tongue, while the other 50 slowly atrophy. That is why the skin ages so rapidly and the face is becoming tiresome. Face yoga is the ideal way to rejuvenate yourself, therefore we should use all the muscles of the face because it improves the production of collagen, which makes the skin on the face shine.

Face Yoga can be practiced anytime and anywhere, it is best to practice it twice a day, in the morning and before going to bed. You have to practice every day, without exception!

There are two types of faces, gaunt and roundish. People with bony face look older than they actually are, while people with a rounder face look younger. For them often say they have a “baby-face”. So if you want to rejuvenate your face, you need fuller cheeks, and this face yoga exercises will help you achieve just that.

Lets start

In order to fix the vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows, extend your index fingers and put them in the middle of the eyebrows. Furrow your eyebrows and push them aside with your index finger. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Secure the eyelids, so that your middle finger is in the inner corner of the eye. Next, tighten the outer edge with your index finger. Open and close your eyes while performing these exercises. If you want to refresh the entire face, make a candle position or stand on your head.

You can remove the horizontal lines on the forehead, if you put your fingertips on top of the forehead, make a gentle up and down movement, then relax again. Repeat the exercise 10 times.

Circle your jaw in one direction for one minute, then one minute in opposite direction.

Neck and face can be tightened with the classic yoga postures, called cobra and fish.
